Are towels and linen provided at the rental property?

All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided at our rental properties. Bath towels are also provided, usually one large and one small towel. Kitchen tea towels are available too, but often no more than 2 towels. You will need to bring your own beach and pool towels which are not provided at the property.

When can I expect a mid stay clean?

During a 14 day stay, cleaning will be provided after one week, with a mid stay full towel and linen change. What exactly is a mid stay clean? Mid stay cleaning refers to Maid service during your stay, which is mainly a bathroom clean. The rest of the house is swept, but not completely cleaned.

Can I request more than one mid stay clean?

Additional cleaning can be requested upon arrival. Please ask for details.

Who takes care of the garden and pool during our stay?

In most cases the property owners will take care of the garden and pool themselves.

I need a baby cot and a high chair?

All rental properties provide one cot and one highchair. If you need an additional cot and high chair, they can be provided for a flat fee. Please ask for charges at the time of booking.

Is internet access provided at the rental property?

Some properties do provide an Internet connection. This is often a WiFi modem (UMTS stick). If you are unsure of internet access at your selected property please contact us for confirmation prior to booking.

Will I be charged separately for power consumption?

In some holiday homes electricity consumption is charged separately. The price per kWh is specified in the charge. Please ask at time of booking.

What is the exact location / address of our property?

The countryside in Mallorca is divided into plots and there are no street names or house numbers. However, we will provide you with an area map and GPS coordinates of the exact location of your rental property.

Where should we put the keys when we leave?

Please leave the keys exactly where you found them.

What time can we arrive at our rental property?

Standard arrival time is 4 pm. However, you can leave your luggage at the property from 11 am onwards. If the house is not occupied, it may be possible to move in earlier, but this will be discussed on arrival.

When do we have to leave our rental property by?

Departure time is usually 10 am. However, if the property is not going to be occupied later that day then it may be possible vacate at a later time.

What are the opening times of supermarkets in Mallorca?

Most supermarkets are open Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm, and on Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm.

Will the price be reduced if we do not occupy the property with the maximum number of people

No. The price is given as the price per night for the property itself, regardless of whether the property is fully occupied or under occupied.

How do we get from the airport to our rental property?

We recommend you rent a car. Rental cars can be collected at the airport and returned there upon departure. There is also an airport taxi service. For local transport, a shuttle bus runs from the airport to the main bus stop in Palma. Local buses run between Palma and all the main resorts.

I am looking for a villa with Disabled access?

Please contact us by email or telephone with your requirements (bathroom on the ground floor, wheelchair access etc.) We can then recommend suitable rental properties.

Can we bring our dog?

Please provide us with details of your dog (breed and size) when you book your property. We will need to consult the owner first. In most cases the owner will ask for a security deposit for possible damages. As long as your dog does not cause any damage to the property, the full deposit will be returned to you upon departure.

Do we have exclusive use of the pool, or is it shared?

It depends. If you are renting a country house or villa, then the house, grounds and pool are private and yours exclusively. If you rent a house or apartment within a complex, with a communal pool, then the property description will specify that there is a community pool to be shared with other families.

Can we organize an event, a wedding or birthday party, at the property?

We do have some properties which are suitable for events. However, there will be an additional charge for extra cleaning and gardening, as well as electricity and water consumption. The owners will also require a deposit, paid against possible damages, which will be returned or charged, at the owner’s discretion, upon departure.
